Sponsorship/Tabling registrations can be submitted at this link.

Sponsorship level $5,000 – Your organization’s name and logo will be highlighted by itself on the screens over the podium in-between sessions. Your organization will be thanked multiple times by the Emcees, and your contact information given out. Your organization can have a table to pass out information (must be confirmed), and will receive 20 tickets to the event (the names of attendees must be submitted in advance)

Co-Sponsorship level $2,500 – Your organization’s name and logo will be highlighted along with other co-sponsoring organizations on the screens over the podium in-between sessions. Your organization will be thanked multiple times by the Emcees. Your organization can have a table to pass out information (must be confirmed), and will receive 10 tickets to the event (the names of attendees must be submitted in advance)

Supporter level $1,000 – Your organization’s name and logo will be highlighted along with other supporting organizations on the screens over the podium in-between sessions. Your organization will be thanked by the Emcees. Your organization can have a half-table to pass out information (must be confirmed), and will receive 7 tickets to the event (the names of attendees must be submitted in advance).

A Full Table $500 – plus 4 tickets to the event – to share information about your organization with attendees

A Half-Table $250 – plus two tickets to the event – to share information about your organization with attendees

All Sponsoring, Co-Sponsoring, Supporting, and Tabling organizations will be invited to participate in the organizing section of the program from 1:00pm to 2:45pm on Monday the 19th. This will be a unique opportunity to coordinate with other leading activist organizations and progressives inside the Democratic Party.
